A Message From Fire Chief Lee Soptich....

“Thank you for taking the time to learn more about becoming a Volunteer Firefighter.

Our volunteers come from all walks of life - students, entrepreneurs, homemakers, corporate executives, tradespeople, and more.
They have found fulfillment as a member of the fire service and by serving their neighbors.

I started as a volunteer while going to high school and working in a butcher's shop. From those humble beginnings, I never expected where the fire service would take me. I hope you apply and discover a similar deep pride and satisfaction in serving your community.”
