The Human Resources (HR) Division provides quality service to all personnel operations with integrity, responsiveness, and sensitivity to the employees of Eastside Fire & Rescue (EF&R).

In support of the Agency's mission, vision, and guiding principles, it is the Human Resource Division's mission to support the goals of EF&R.

EF& R is now a member of the Eastside Regional Fire Recruitment Consortium, joining Bellevue, Kirkland, Woodinville, and Mercer Island fire departments to contract with Public Safety Testing for the recruitment of career firefighters.
