The Board of Commissioners of King County Fire Protection District 10 (KCFPD10) would like to thank the public for their continued support on the bond measure. According to the 2012 Special Election Results, voters approved Fire Station Bond - Proposition 1 by 64.11%.
These funds will address several facility deficiencies, safety and training enhancements, and provide for the relocation of a fire station that would significantly improve response times in the May Valley and Tiger Mountain areas.
King County Fire Protection District 10, along with Fire District 38, Issaquah, North Bend, and Sammamish, are partners of Eastside Fire and Rescue, which serves 120,000 people, covering nearly 200 square miles in NE King County, Washington.
